Dates: July 31- Aug 3, 2025 (4-Day)

Description: Starting in New Haven CT (accessible by Metro-North commuter train from NYC), we will hit 3 states (CT, MA, NY) in 4 days on our way to our destination in Poughkeepsie, NY for the train ride home. The 3 campsites will have swimming, and we are planning some stops for a dip during the day.

Disclaimer: Although I am doing my best to locate areas to swim, please note that there are many reasons why it might ultimately not be allowed upon our arrival (lifeguards not on duty, weather, algae, etc).

• Day 1, Thursday July 31, 33 miles, Black Rock State Park, CT
• Day 2, Friday August 1. 56 miles, Taconic State Park, NY
• Day 3, Saturday August 2, miles 54 miles, Lake Taghkanic State Park
• Day 4, Sunday August 3, 39 miles (catch train in Poughkeepsie)

Riders are responsible for transport to the start and end point, as well as for food and personal incidentals. Fee covers campsite fees, trip leadership and logistics.
